These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods by private consumers on www.clublasanta.shop (hereinafter the “website”).

All prices quoted on this website include VAT. The shipping costs will be added to the price when you are ready to pay. For all orders over €120 within the EU, Club La Santa offers free shipping.

Payment is made in an encrypted and secure payment window and a copy of the order will be sent by e-mail, once the order has been submitted. Remember to check your spam folder if you do not receive the e-mail. The payment will be charged once the order has been shipped.

We accept payment with:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard

Orders are sent from Denmark to any country within the EU. 

We reserve the right to cancel an order if the product is out of stock, in the event of any error in stock status or price, or if we are unable to reserve the money from your credit card. In that case we notify you.



You can only buy items on this website with delivery inside of the EU.

Normally, we will accept and ship your order within 1-3 business days. Choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.

The delivery time varies from country to country but usually you can expect to receive your order within 4-7 business days from the order date. This may be longer during peak seasons such as sales, campaigns etc.



You have the right to cancel your order or part of your order within 14 days from the day you receive the order. You do not need to state the reason.

If this period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unwashed, no distinct odours, blemishes or signs of wear, and with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please fill out the form under Return & Exchanges. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Hereafter, you have 14 days to return the item(s). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to return the item you have received. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. We will refund you for the purchase of the item excluding the shipping.

Please note, that it may take up to 10 days from the time we receive the return until your money is refunded to your bank account.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

Any errors or defect in the item you have received must be claimed within reasonable time and no later than 24 months from the time of delivery. You can make your claim by contacting us at: webshop@clublasanta.com. Please provide as much detail as possible about the issue and attach your invoice.

In case, you do not agree on our handling of the claim, you can file a complaint via the EU Online Dispute Resolution.



The purchase of goods on this website is subject to Danish law. Any dispute shall be settled by the courts of Denmark.



Club La Santa is subject to European data protection laws when collecting and processing personal data. For details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.



We may at any time change the content of this website, including these terms and conditions, without preceding notice.
